Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Do Thang Hai highly appreciated Dong Nai’s efforts in both fighting the epidemic and maintaining production with flexible measures. Dong Nai’s approach is currently appropriate, producing safely, preventing epidemics, and taking care of people’s lives. Regarding vaccination, the Ministry of Industry and Trade agreed and proposed to prioritize vaccination for workers in industrial factories and supermarket system employees. Regarding the import-export sector, the Deputy Minister said that on August 24, 2021, the Southern Special Working Group of the Ministry of Industry and Trade chaired an online meeting with the leaders of the City Department of Industry and Trade. Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh commented that Dong Nai is one of the four provinces and cities at the highest risk of the Covid-19 epidemic. Therefore, the province must devote all efforts to fight the epidemic, control the epidemic soon, and prevent it from spreading in the community and businesses.

According to Fujitsu representative, although it is extremely difficult, businesses still believe in the Government’s policies and hope that Dong Nai will establish a “green zone” for businesses to maintain normal production.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Do Thang Hai highly appreciated the business’s compliance with epidemic prevention, maintaining production, and flexibility in anti-epidemic plans.
